General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") apply between the tr99 platform and its users ("you" or "member"). By accessing the website tr99.mom or creating an account, you are considered to have agreed to all terms of this Agreement.

1.1 Definitions

"Platform" — tr99's website, mobile version, and all associated services.
"Member" — any person who has registered on tr99 and manages an account.
"Game" — any online gaming service available on the platform, including slots, cricket betting, live casino, fishing, and bingo.
"Bonus" — any promotional reward, cashback, or additional balance granted by tr99.
"Taka" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Important: These terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute, this Bengali version shall be considered the authoritative document.

Eligibility & Registration

To open an account and use the services on tr99, you must meet the following conditions:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old. Registration and participation in gaming by minors is strictly prohibited. tr99 may request identity verification for age checks at any time. If age is falsely declared, the account will be closed immediately and all associated balances may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each member may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, both accounts may be suspended or closed and bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

At the time of registration, you must provide your correct name, date of birth, phone number, and any other required information. tr99 reserves the right to cancel an account if false information is provided.

Warning: Use of this platform by anyone under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited. It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to keep their minor children away from account access.

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, inform our support team immediately. tr99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

For the purpose of security and fraud prevention, tr99 may request identity verification at any time. One of the following documents may be required for verification:

National Identity Card (NID)
Passport
Driving License
bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account verification details

Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is completed.

3.3 Account Suspension

tr99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice if evidence of a terms violation, fraud, or unethical conduct is found.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The following methods may be used to deposit funds into tr99:

Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks)

Minimum deposit: ৳500 per method | Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000

4.2 Withdrawal Process

After a successful withdrawal request, funds will generally reach your designated account within 1 hour. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit. In some cases, additional time may be required for verification.

4.3 Transaction Accuracy

tr99 will not be liable for funds lost due to an incorrect account number or information provided. Please verify all details carefully before completing a transaction.

4.4 Third-Party Payments

Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Using a payment method belonging to a third party is prohibited and may result in account closure.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on tr99 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
Example 2: Deposit ৳8,000 and the bonus is capped at ৳5,000 → total balance ৳13,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount (not the combined total of deposit and bonus).

Wagering multiplier: 15x
Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳22,500 must be wagered before the bonus becomes withdrawable

5.3 Bonus Terms

The bonus is applicable only once and only at the time of the first deposit.
After claiming a bonus, cash withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirements have been met.
Each promotional offer has its own applicable terms; details can be found on the relevant offer page.
tr99 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
If an attempt is made to earn a bonus through fraudulent means, the bonus will be forfeited.

5.4 VIP & Cashback Program

tr99 has five VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback applies at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.7% at Gold, 1.0% at Platinum, and 1.2% at Diamond. If you remain regularly active and your gaming activity increases, you may be promoted to a higher tier.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Operation

All games available on tr99 are operated by third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play.

6.2 Gaming Activity

Before playing any game, ensure your account has sufficient balance. If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, tr99 will review the server logs and provide the correct resolution. You should not continue playing during technical issues.

6.3 Betting Rules

All rules relating to sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, etc.) can be found on the relevant betting page. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If an event is cancelled, the funds for the related bet will be refunded.

For any gaming dispute or complaint, tr99's server logs shall be considered the final evidence.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tr99. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited:

Creating or operating multiple accounts.
Registering or conducting transactions using a third party's identity.
Bonus abuse — attempting to fulfil wagering requirements through artificial means.
Using software, bots, or automated tools to influence game outcomes.
Money laundering or introducing funds from illegal sources.
Attempting to interfere with the platform's security or infrastructure.
Engaging in fraudulent activity against other members.
Using the platform's name, logo, or content without permission.

Legal Action: In cases of fraud or money laundering, tr99 will be obliged to notify the relevant authorities and take legal action.

Responsible Gaming

tr99 believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, and we encourage our members to maintain healthy and responsible gaming habits.

8.1 Setting Limits

Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Contact our support team to set these limits.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If a member feels that gaming is having a negative impact on their life, they may request self-exclusion. In this case, the account will be deactivated for a specified period or permanently.

Unauthorized use of tr99 trademarks, logos, or brand identity is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Within the limits of the law, tr99 will not be liable for the following:

Games being interrupted due to technical errors, server outages, or internet connection issues.
Transactions failing due to problems with the member's own device or network.
Account information being leaked due to the member's own negligence.
Game outcomes being affected by issues in a third-party game provider's system.
Force majeure events — such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or cyberattacks.

12.2 Service Termination

tr99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently discontinue all or part of its services for any reason. In the event of a permanent service shutdown, every reasonable effort will be made to return members' balances.
