tr99 Responsible Gaming —
Your safety is our first priority
tr99 believes gaming is an enjoyable form of entertainment, not an obligation. We provide a range of safety tools and guidelines to ensure the mental and financial wellbeing of every user.
tr99's Pledge on Responsible Gaming
tr99 is a safe and reliable online gaming platform in Bangladesh. We believe every player can enjoy gaming in a conscious and controlled way. To that end, we have put multiple protective measures in place on our platform to help you maintain healthy gaming habits.
When gaming starts to cause anxiety rather than enjoyment, having the right tools to deal with it is essential. Under tr99's responsible gaming policy, you can set deposit limits, take a time-out, and suspend your account if needed.
Is gaming becoming a problem for you?
People often do not realise that their gaming habits are getting out of control. If you answer "yes" to any of the questions below, you should consider seeking support:
Are you spending more than your budget and placing bigger bets to try to recover lost money?
Are you prioritising gaming over spending time with family or friends?
Do you feel restless or irritated when you try to stop gaming?
Is gaming causing you to neglect work, studies, or family responsibilities?
If you notice these signs in yourself, please reach out via our 24/7 live chat or email. Our support team will help you take the right steps.
Keep Your Gaming Under Control
tr99 provides several effective tools to keep you safe — use each one according to your needs.
Set a Deposit Limit
You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once the limit is set, it will not be possible to deposit beyond it — this is the first step in protecting your finances.
Time-Out
If you feel you need a break, you can place a temporary restriction on your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During this time, you will not be able to play games or make deposits.
Self-Exclusion
For longer-term protection, you can choose self-exclusion. This option allows you to close your account for a set period — or permanently. The account cannot be reactivated before the period ends.
Age Verification
The age of every user is verified when creating an account at tr99. Only those aged 21 or above may game on this platform — this rule applies without exception.
Gaming History Review
You can view your betting history and deposit and withdrawal records from your account at any time. Stay aware of your own gaming patterns and reassess your limits if needed.
24/7 Support Team
The tr99 support team is always ready for any gaming-related concerns. Get direct help in Bengali and English via live chat and email — day or night, whenever you need it.
Key Advice for Safe Gaming
Follow a few simple rules to keep gaming enjoyable. These tips will make your experience safer and more fun.
- Set a fixed budget before you start gaming and never go beyond it. Do not try to "win back" money you have lost.
- Allocate a specific time for gaming. You should not play by cutting into time for meals, sleep, or family.
- If you lose several bets in a row, take a break. Placing large bets driven by emotion can increase your losses.
- Avoid gaming while drinking or when you are tired — it is hard to make sound decisions in that state.
- Never bet with borrowed money — only game with spare funds you already have available.
- Do not think of gaming as a way to earn money. It is a form of entertainment — you may win, but it is never guaranteed.
- Talk openly about your gaming habits with family or a trusted friend — their perspective can be valuable.
- Make regular use of tr99's deposit limit and time-limit features. Preventive measures are the most effective.

How Deposit Limits Work
Every user at tr99 can set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Reducing a limit applies instantly, but increasing a limit requires a waiting period to pass — this is designed to prevent impulsive decisions.
Please note that the minimum deposit at tr99 is ৳500. Keep this in mind when setting your deposit limit and choose an amount that suits your financial situation.
Self-Exclusion Process
Self-exclusion is a powerful safety tool that lets you completely block your own access to gaming. Once exclusion begins, the account cannot be reactivated until the set period is over — not even at your own request.
To activate self-exclusion, contact us via our 24/7 live chat or by email at [email protected]. Our team will process your request with complete confidentiality.
Protection of Minors
tr99 is a platform for users aged 21 and above only. If there are minors in your household, use a strong password to secure your device and account, and do not leave your device unattended while logged in.
Using parental control software can prevent children and teenagers from accessing sites of this type. We encourage all parents to take this step.
Financial Management & Gaming
Sound financial planning is at the heart of a healthy gaming experience. Before gaming at tr99, subtract your essential monthly expenses — food, housing, education, healthcare — and allocate a small portion of what remains as your entertainment budget. Gaming should never be a substitute for your main income or a way to cover household expenses.
Please note that a wagering requirement applies to bonuses at tr99. For example, to withdraw winnings from a ৳1,500 bonus at 15×, you would need to place a total of ৳22,500 in bets. Make sure you understand these terms beforehand.
